This 5 Bedrooms House provides accommodation with Internet, Air Conditioner, Pool, for your convenience. This House features many amenities for guests who want to stay for a few days, a weekend or probably a longer vacation with family.

POOL HEAT-The private splash pool can be heated for an additional $45/day plus tax or $315/weeK plus tax. Pool heat is charged for the entire length of stay. Pool size is 6.5 x 5.5

Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. $100 daily fines will be issued to guests by HOA if more then 4 vehicles at the rental home. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.
