Overall Comment
The house was beautiful, spacious and in an excellent location. It was very well maintained. We loved the back yard and pool it was very relaxing. The patio was very nice as well. The property management were very friendly and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this property to family and friends. We are ready to return for another stay! We enjoyed the beach, the walks to various locations and the quick access to the outlet malls and restaurants.

We had a fabulous time, This is our fourth time renting with Frangista they are the best. The Seabreeze was very nice on the inside the outside is kinda deceiving, the pool was great, they do need to invest in better beds all our guests said the beds were not good. Also could use more things in the kitchen such as measuring cups. But we had a fabulous time.

The house was big and clean. It accommodated 6 people very comfortably. The pool is just the right size and the beach is a very short walk away. The beach access is private and the beach was not crowded. The property provides a good amount of toiletries and paper towels. The house is stocked with plates, cups, bowls, and a small selection of cooking utensils. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall the house was nice, some of the furniture needs to be replaced but were still functional. Master bedroom door didn't close so no privacy there. I would suggest a new central air system as the portable ac in the rooms don't keep it cool enough for most. The house fit our needs and kitchen was fully stocked and the private pool is big plus. The short walk to the beach about 3blocks was nice as well. Property management was friendly and attentative, I messaged the maintenance at 10pm and he responded with 5mins.

I have hesitated writing this review because I loved the house, and I would probably rent it again, but there were things that my husband wasn't crazy about, and some could be easily fixed - so it's only fair to point those out.
We loved the location (3 blocks to the beach),and the fact that it had a dedicated beach access. The house was clean with cute decor, and the furniture was slip-covered which was great if you have a dog. It had several good size TVs, the bed in the master was comfortable, and the back yard landscaping was very pretty. The covered front porch was nice too, but the switch to turn on the string lights was so high we couldn't reach it (my husband is 5'11").
The pool was a good size and sparkling clean, but it can't be heated (knew that on the front end), so the water was really cold in late April (temps mid 70s). It would be great for warmer months.
The kitchen was well stocked, but the fridge was too big for the space it was in, so you could not open the French doors all the way which made it difficult getting things in and out. The chairs at the big table were way too low. A normal sized person could not eat there comfortably in those chairs.
There were notes in the bathrooms about being careful what you flush because the house uses a septic tank (really? in 2021?),and you are responsible for any plumbing problems. We had none, but it was concerning.
As with most older houses, the AC was OK, but the thermostat won't go below 68. The living areas were cool, but the bedrooms could be cooler - even with the ceiling fans.
The water pressure was a little low, and it would be easy to update the showers with modern hand held shower heads. The master bath shower curtain needs to be cleaned or replaced.
If you want a really cute cottage in a great location, it's perfect, but if you're picky about modern conveniences, this might not be the best choice. Aside from booking, we had no contact with management, but they were v

We had a great time at Seabreeze. Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, updated kitchen with all needed utensil supplies, pots, pans, dishes, etc. TV was great with lots of channels and On Demand. It had such a beautiful fenced in private backyard with a pool (not heated) and amazing landscaping. A few short blocks from the Gulf, shopping and restaurants. Already reserved it for next year!

The house had everything we needed. It was clean & well maintained. The location was very near the beach...maybe a 5 minute walk. But if the beach wasn't an option that day, the private pool was where you could find the kids. And lastly,the management company was top notched! We had such an amazing time in Destin and mainly because Seabreeze was so amazing! My daughters LOVED swimming in the pool almost more than the ocean. The pool was the perfect depth for younger children. The location of this house made it so easy to make a quick trip to the private beach with such a short walk. One of my favorite things about this house is that it is decorated beautifully!! Thank you Frangista Beach for the enjoyable stay in Destin. We will be back to Seabreeze!!!

We loved Seabreeze. The location is perfect. Just a 2 block walk to the nicest beach in the states. Short drive to great restaurants. We ate at Fat Clemenza’s, Tommy Bahama’s and The Crab Trap. Enjoyed all 3. House was clean and roomy. All 3 families had their own bedrooms with separate bathroom. We grilled out 2 nights. The grill’s a little rough but it worked. The pool is nice but the beach is spectacular. Check in and out is easy and convenient. This is our second Frangista Beach vacation. Both were great times. We recommend the Seabreeze property and Frangista Beach Properties.

Heaven on Earth! This is my second stay at Seabreeze because I loved this property so much I had to return. The decor and easy flow of the home make it an ideal place to stay with plenty of private spaces for guests and a relaxed yet polished common areas for all to share for dining, playing games or watching TV. It's one story, very clean, and exactly as described/pictured. The three bedrooms are separated, so there is privacy for all, and each bedroom has its own bath. Unlike most homes in this area, there is a privacy fence surrounding the pool; as newlyweds who love to lay out, this was a BIG PLUS for us. There is new landscaping in the back yard, around the pool, that looks fantastic. The kitchen is gorgeous and very well stocked, and my wife loved the extra large TV in the family room. The owner very graciously has provided a notebook that contains menus for at least 20 restaurants in the area. We would not hesitate to rent this place again. Our only complaint was the master bed needs replacing, but I have no doubt that will be resolved once the property manager notifies the owner.

My family and I visited Destin last year for our first time it was love at first sight.
We are from South Carolina so gulf water and our beach water is night and day different.Destin beach is very clean quiet and just a breath of fresh air. The house called Seabreeze we stayed in was perfect the only thought we had about it last year was we wished it had a pool and at our surprise the owner had one put in since our last year stay so this time it was really husband and I have enjoyed it so much we would love to retire there one day.

We all enjoyed the property and wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was as promised in terms of the amenities. I also appreciated the starter items (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, detetgent). The kitchen is well-equipped. I appreciated that someone from Frangista came over after we arrived to tell us that the pool alarm wasn't on due to the wind since they knew we had a child. Even so the fact that the door to the pool had a chain made us feel comfortable. The power in the entire area went out for about 1.5 hours while we were cooking dinner. However the house had an emergency light that illuminated the living area and it was nice to be able to call the answering service and get an update on the issue. Only complaint is that I wish check-in was earlier than 4 and that check-out was at 10 rather than 9.

We had a great time and loved the property. The house felt very "homey" and we loved the decor. The beach was an easy walk. We also walked to the nearby coffee shop, Dairy Queen and Pampano Joe's. One downside was the freezer door doesn't close properly. The management helped with the freezer and defrosted it for us, but it will need to be fixed long-term. Also, the hot and cold water are reversed on the washing machine. This issue was not addressed during our stay. Overall, a great place and we would consider coming back.
