It is an outstanding house and property management company. The listing pictures very accurately detail the current condition of the property. The house looks and feels very new inside and out. Mgmt company was the best we have ever experienced. I reported two minor issues, and they had someone at the property within a couple of hours. The shed has beach toys, bikes, coolers, beach chairs, +++. The included golf cart and reserved space at James Lee Beach were a huge bonus. Recommend you visit Henderson Beach State Park.

It was so nice to have our entire home over the holidays just for our family. Since the weather was cooler, we were extremely grateful for the heated pool + spa! The spacious home offered places for the family to retreat and come together. The game room came in handy with a mean game of foosball!

Our family of 12 had a great stay! The house was beautiful with plenty of space and was equipped with everything we needed! The shed on the side contained all you would need to head to the beach including beach wagon, umbrellas with sand stakes, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs and more! The pool area is great and was enjoyed by my grandchildren morning and night! The house is in a great location with a very short walk to the beach. I had a great rental experience with Frangista Beach Properties. Great communication and smooth process from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We had a celebration of life party for my Mom who passed in August2021! She had rented a beach house for her 80 th birthday and she wanted the family to gather at the beach again! She and my Dad had lived in Niceville at Bluewater Bay for 25 years. The house was perfect! We had ages from 4 to 72. Lots of teenage girls loved the pool and the beach. The house was extremely well equipped from top to bottom! The many bathrooms were great with the 20 we had staying in the house! I would highly recommend this rental!

It was magical! We had all 4 kids and families aged 3 months to 67 and everyone had a wnderful time. Short walk to beach..amazing pool and beautiful home. The shed was stocked with everything you need for beach and pool (wagon, chairs, umbrellas, toys, bikes ) The house has a great layout for all ages! Very clean. Thanks!! A happy Littleton family ��

My family (3 couples, one grandma, one small child) had an incredible week at this home. The house was clean, and well equipped with everything we needed, and very comfortable. The luxury of all the king bed en suite bedrooms has spoiled us! The decor was tasteful, no mermaids and word art from HomeGoods - thank you! The pool was gorgeous, and we had the hot tub heated (worth it!). Grateful for the beach wagon and chairs...the beach is just a 5 minute walk down the street. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed (and now I want a wine fridge at home!). The management company's communication was terrific. We had absolutely no issues and everyone had a wonderful, relaxing, and fun week. Thank you for creating a home where we made great family memories!

This was an excellent house for a family vacation. A lot of space to spread out. The kitchen was very good and the grill was nice for cooking out. The management company was responsive to fix a couple of minor maintenance issues. Also, the location was great as it was a 3 minute walk to the beach and they had toys for the pool and beach.

We absolutely loved staying at this home in Destin! The house was clean, well appointed (everything you need in the kitchen is included), spacious, and so comfortable!! The management company was so great to deal with and responsive. I reached out to see if there were cushions for the pool lounge chairs and the manager responded right away saying there were none but that he would be happy to grab some for us at Lowe’s, which he dropped off an hour later! Highly highly recommend renting this house, and working with the management company (Frangista Beach Properties)!!

Unfortunately, we came to Destin right after Hurricane Sally. The weather was freezing! But, fortunately, The Beachin’ home was large wnough and comfortable enough that we.enjoyed our stay regardless of the weather. We did pay to heat the pool so that we could use it and it was well worth it. We did have to call the mgmt company for a couple of things, but they were prompt to attend to the matters. We enjoyed our stay and will keep this home in mind for next time!

The layout of this house was great for our extended family stay. The icemaker and refrigerator were able to meet our needs. Most comfortable beds I have ever had in a rental home! Convenient walk to the beach and pool was great. Fully stocked for all our needs. My only critique would be for the cleaning fee the place was not exceptionally clean (baseboards filthy, cobwebs galore in DR light fixture, under furniture clearly not dusted, etc). Also, for the number of people that this house sleeps it needs an additional laundry room. Plenty of parking. We did have a maintenance issue and it was resolved quickly. Lovely house and we had a great stay!

Beachin' was a great house for our group of families at the beach. It is efficiently laid out for multiple families and allowing the kids to have their own area up on the 3rd floor. The pool area and yard are spacious and nice (though there is very little shade even on the porch in the afternoons- wish there were shades or an umbrella on the porch). The kitchen was well laid out and well equipped. Bathrooms were all functional, and it was nice to have the 1/2 bath on the ground floor by the living area and pool. Of note, the queen bedroom on the second floor does not have a connected bathroom, and I sort of wish they would just put a king bed in there, to make it more useable for an adult couple. The only 3 complaints I have are that the dryer took a really long time drying, which is an issue when you have multiple families and lots of towels; I wish there were more than two trash cans- for a multiple family house that has lots of trash, it was not enough trash capacity; and the 3rd floor was not very well cleaned (popcorn behind the bed) when we arrived.
Overall, we had a great stay! the beach is an easy walk, the street isn't too busy, and the house was very nice.

The house could not have been any nicer. It was new, spotless and perfect for a large family. It’s a short walk to the beach, but it was hard to get our grandchildren out of the heated pool to enjoy the beach. The backyard of the house is even more beautiful than the picture online.

A super special place to have our annual family reunion trip. Kids and grandkids loved the pool, nearby beach, and game room. I was thrilled by the kitchen and accommodations. Plenty of seating for meals together. Blown away by dual icemakers and 3 fridges.

My family and some of our extended family stayed in this Amazing home. The home had everything you could think of, from an extremely well stocked kitchen with all amenities to lots of towels, plenty of very nice beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, a beach wagon and we LOVED the bikes that were at the home. The home was absolutely beautiful. Some of the other features we loved was the ice machine in the kitchen, we used this all of the time to fill our drinks and our cooler, we also loved the beverage fridge in the island. On the third floor was the kids zone. The third floor had great bunk beds that the kids loved as well as a foosball table and a vintage game machine that the kids and adults loved in the evening. We loved to spend the afternoon at the beach, but after we were tired from the beach, we came back to the house to spend time relaxing in the wonderful pool and spa. The pool and spa had plenty of room for us. The backyard was very spacious and had a large table for eating and games when the weather was nice. We relaxed and swam by the pool often. We were in touch with the Owner of the property who was wonderful as well as William, the owner of Frangista Beach Properties, he and his team were amazing. They answered all of our questions and were very helpful to make sure we had the best possible stay we could have. I definitely recommend this property as well as working with Frangista Beach Properties. We wanted to stay a second week, but unfortunately had to get back to School/work. The pool area and backyard were very nice and private as well. The Beach was just a short walk down the road. We would definitely stay at this property again.
