Immediately upon arrival the front yard is very welcoming! Beautiful porch with furniture and the open concept inside was perfect for a family. Beds were all very comfortable and the place was clean. The pool was perfect as you have a huge table with a covered patio to be out there at night playing games or making s'mores at the fire pit! The walk to the beach was a few minutes and easy access to the chair setup that's complimentary.We didn't get to try Camille's across from our beach entrance but the vibe was chill and great live music! Highly recommend this location!

We were very pleased with the house as it had everything we needed. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable and the house and property were very well maintained. The house was in a great location, a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again. Frangista properties was very quick to respond to any questions that we had.

Loved the house size and decor. Nice kitchen and easy to cook meals. Good beds, loved the pool and outdoor spaces. I was nervous about walking to the beach with small kids, but the walk was super easy and enjoyable. Overall, highly recommend.

Beautiful home with everything we could have needed. The home was immaculate and beautiful. The pool and backyard area was awesome and the neighborhood was quiet. The beach was just a short walk away. Close access to shopping and grocery. Would absolutely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this property. The new pool and outdoor area was the perfect set-up. We enjoyed eating our meals outside on the covered deck and enjoying our morning coffee on the comfortable front porch furniture. The neighborhood was super nice and a convenient walk or golf cart ride to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and we also appreciated being able to use the extra beach towels, chairs, and toys. We will be recommending this property to family and friends and hope to be back soon. The property management team was exceptional and quick to respond to questions and needs.

Luxury Vacation Home Dream Come True!

The Beach Oasis home is a vacation stay for the ages. We fell in love with the property in 2021, when we stayed in Destin for a summer vacation. The house was spacious. Wide open tv area and dining room, with a huge kitchen. All modern appliances. The home also included a very spacious front porch area and back patio. For a famiy of five, there was room to spare. We've vacationed in Destin every year since 2011 (except for 2020 due to the pandemic), and felt we had finally found our go-to vacation home.
Then we stayed for Spring Break 2022. I didnt think it was posibble, but we fell more in love the property. There were MAJOR upgrades to the property. The owners installed a pool in the backyard, with a contemporary decorative design for the back patio area. The upgrades also included brand new patio furniture for the front porch and a new patio dining table set was installed on the back patio. We enjoyed family breakfasts on the back patio. Continuing to take it to another level the pool was heated. There is also a firepit in the backyard. The home is a gem. We are already looking at dates to come back later this year, and for Spring Break 2023.
The thing that made the whole stay so magical was the service provided by Will and Hector of Frangista Beach Properties. They provided wonderful, prompt service. Arrival was smooth. Will provided his cell number in case we needed anything. But we didn't need anything. everything was wonderful from arrivall to checkout. If you want to treat your family to a wonderful getaway to Destin, you must stay in this house for your next vacation!

I base all my travel on reviews and fell in love with this hidden gem! Every room was clean and the towels and linens were perfectly clean! You’re walking distance from the beach and a short golf cart or car ride to grocery stores! The management was in touch with us when we needed help so that was great and the cold AC blasted through the house perfectly! I loved the front enclosed porch for our grand babies so we could entertain them there while we prepared food or to go out!
Highly recommend renting a golf cart EmCo golf rentals! Great price great guy and delivered to us!
I highly recommend buying extra dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. What rental property provides is enough for two days only.
No complaints here! Will book them again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Great location with a short walk to the beach. Full equipped kitchen so we prepared most of our meals which saved a lot of money eating out although we did get eat at a few of the local popular restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here.

Very cute house just minutes from the beach! The golf cart that's provided with the unit makes it even quicker to get the beautiful beach! The neighborhood is charming and quiet. The house was very clean and the owner provided excellent customer service. The master bathroom is a little outdated, but everything else has been updated and kept very clean and nice. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Destin!
