Our Safety Guidelines

We have always provided our guests with fresh and clean accommodations. Due to the COVID-19 virus, we have enhanced our cleaning protocol. Below are the extra steps we are taking to keep our guests and staff safe. 

Disinfection with Bioesque:
Broad spectrum EPA registered disinfectant 87742-1 cleans, deodorizes, and disinfects in one step. The active ingredient Thymox is botanically derived with a lemongrass scent. This product can be used on both soft and hard surfaces and kills 99.99% of viruses in one minute.  

CDC Housekeeping Guidelines:  
Housekeepers wear masks and gloves to perform cleanings in accordance with CDC guidelines. EPA registered products are used for both cleaning and disinfecting to ensure all surfaces are properly cleaned and disinfected.  
Touch-free Second Disinfection: Our inspectors ensure that all cleaning guidelines are met, and they follow up with a second disinfection by misting all frequently touched surfaces with Bioesque.  

All Clean Initiative:  
All linens, coverlets, blankets, towels, kitchen towels, and potholders are removed from the home to be professionally laundered off-site between guest departures and arrivals. To avoid cross-contamination, freshly laundered items and bagged amenities are brought into the home only after all cleaning, disinfecting and inspections have been completed.  

Professional Off-Site Laundry Service:
High heat laundering at 170 degrees with Tide-Pro enzymatic detergent and sodium hypochlorite additive.

Contact Free Check-in:  
Digital keypads at properties allow direct access into your rental property.  

Contact Free Service:  
If a maintenance issue must be addressed during your stay, we will ask you to vacate the property while service personnel are present. Sending us a photo of the issue is most helpful.  

Do your part:  
Bring hand sanitizer and disinfectant with you and continue to use during your stay. Follow CDC guidelines for your own safety. We ask that you empty all bathroom waste baskets and kitchen trash cans before your departure.  

Remove all your food and beach items from the property. Please turn on ceiling fans to circulate the air. Thank you.
